COMMUNITY GROUP CLASSES:

I have designed the Your Best Yoga programming to meet you where you are at now - perhaps having never tried Yoga - and grow with you in the future. The classes are offered in 6 & 10 week sessions to provide you with time to grow and learn, but not overwhelm your life with commitment. Beginner classes are registration based to provide sequential learning, so each week you will build on the skills and principals you learned the week before. After you have built up your practice and confidence in the Beginner session - some people take the Beginner session 2 or 3 times to get a really solid foundation - it's time to move on to Beginner Level 2, or maybe even a faster paced Flow Style class. Additionally, sometimes classes are offered as "Drop In", so you can try them whenever the time feels right or when you simply want to try a different style of class. IN-HOME PRIVATE Sessions:

There are a variety of benefits to practicing in your own home...

  • If you aren’t able to attend a community class because your schedule requires a less usual time of day (perhaps after you put your kiddos down for bed - no childcare required!) we can come to you.

  • If there are physical restrictions that prevent you from being able to access a community class or require you to need a variety of modifications in the practice, we can come to you and ensure the practice meets your needs.

  • If you feel apprehensive about trying yoga for the first time in a group setting, sometimes a few one-one classes can boost your confidence and allow you to practice comfortably while you learn the poses.

Please note: These sessions can also be set up virtually if you are more comfortable with that.

YOGA IN THE WORKPLACE:

If you are looking for a way to bring the benefits of yoga to your employees, contact us to set up a one time class, or schedule us to come in regularly. We would love to bring some relaxation, movement, and breathwork to your work day. Classes will be customized based on your individual needs.
