I was so excited to teach the Free Lululemon Yoga Class on Grand Beach July 30th - and the class did not disappoint! The sun was shining and even at 9:00am it was hot! I was thrilled to see so many eager Yogi's unrolling their mats and towels to join in the practice and I really had a blast leading the group.
